Happy Saturday!! Who else has a hard time finding good chicken recipes that are simple, quick, and tasty?! 🙋🏻♀️ I’m super picky when it comes to chicken, so I am excited I found this one and it turned out!! Preheat oven to 425°.
1/4 c honey
1/4 c Dijon mustard
1/4 c ground mustard
3 T oil (I used grape seed oil)
Mix these together as the sauce.
Lay 2 lbs skinless, boneless thighs in a fool lined pan (or use the disposable tin kind). Pour Sauce over the chicken. Bake 20 min or til done.
I accidentally used chicken breast’s instead of thighs, so might took 8 minutes longer. Next time I will use thighs 😄 either way, the sauce is delicious!!!
